January 22 – 29, 2011 – White Fields Mission Trip to the Dominican
We are set for our White Fields week in the DR in connection with Meeting God in Missions. Our good friend Jim McDonald will be leading power-packed morning devotions and we will enjoy the Lord’s presence in our labor, our meal times, our fellowship, and worship together! The dates reflect a Saturday to Saturday travel which a majority of people requested. We have a good core group of our men and family members already committed but we desire an even greater representation from the Burgh! There will be varied areas of service to choose from: light construction, vacation Bible school (VBS), sports outreach (baseball, soccer, or basketball), and evangelism (House to house visitation and sharing the gospel). The cost for the trip is $990 with deposit deadlines and other information available on the MGM website. Leo Wisniewski and Brennan Gaertner will be among the trip leaders for this week.
